Freezing – a new service!
If you are going out of town, or if you wish to better manage when your holds come in, you may now freeze your hold requests. When you decide to freeze a hold, you keep your place in the holds queue, but your hold will not be filled while it is frozen. This allows you to stay in the hold queue while holds are filled for patrons further down in the queue.
You can find more information, including instructions and a video on how to freeze holds here
