Summer Reading Club takes place in mid-summer. This free program encourages school-aged children to read for pleasure in the summer to maintain skills while school is out. Children read books and receive prize incentives as they reach milestones.

Science in the Summer takes place in July. This free, 4-day program emphasizes fun and learning in July. This program is sponsored by SmithKline Beecham.
