Purpose of the Form
The purpose of this form is to provide staff of the Chester County and Henrietta Branch Libraries the opportunity to suggest ideas they believe would improve Customer Service and/or increase efficiency throughout the library. This form will be submitted and reviewed by the Innovation Review Team. If the Team determines that the idea has merit, it will be forwarded to the Department Heads, who will decide whether or not to consider the idea. In either case, you will be informed of the decision by the Library Director as soon as possible.
